Shipping policy

All packages must be signed by the customer to be delivered

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. If you order on a Friday, it will be shipped Monday. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once the order is processed please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Hairoligy is not liable for lost or damaged products during shipping. If your package has been confirmed delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim through the post office. If you file a claim through pay pal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state the your package was indeed delivered.
