SHIPPING POLICY

All packages must be signed for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday. If you place an order on Saturday, your order will ship on Monday.

Regular Hair Bundles: Please allow 4–5 business days to receive your order.

Kinky Hair Bundles: Please allow 7–8 business days to receive your order, as this texture requires additional processing time before shipping.

Have a hair appointment coming up? Please make sure you have your delivery date at least, before booking your appointment so you know your hair will arrive in time. 💕

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

HAIROLIGY is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with the post office/shipping carrier.

Please note that if a claim is filed through PayPal, your tracking information may be provided automatically and may show the carrier's delivery status.
