Can I return/exchange hair?
There will be no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you order the correct bundles, and correct length bundles.

Can I change my order?
We are dedicated to providing the best experience possible. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes, and we will try to accommodate you prior to shipping the order.

Can I ship to a P.O Box
Unfortunately No, Shipping will have to go to a physical address

What color does the hair come in?
Virgin hair comes in its natural state, which is a natural brown

How long does the hair last?
Our hair last a long time as long as you take care of it. It last 1-2 years. If the hair has been chemically altered it can still last up to a year. Lace closures typically last 2-3 months and lace frontals last 4-6 weeks (this is because of the delicate craftsmanship)

Will the hair shed?
All hair sheds, but our hair shedding is very minimum to none because we use double weft hair.

How many bundles do I need for a full head?
We recommend 3 bundles for 18” and under lengths, 4 bundles for 20”-26” and 5 bundles for 28” and up. If you are buying multiple bundles of hair and placing an order with length 24” and longer then double your longest length so the back can be fuller.

How long is shipping
Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed. Once the order is processed please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. We recommend waiting to receive your hair before booking that hair appointment.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?
Yes, Our hair is 100% human virgin hair so you can curl, and straighten the hair. Remember to always use heat protectant
